Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Chemical Engineer to support our Facility Siting and Consequence Modeling group with industrial risk, facility siting, and hazard analysis projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in consequence modeling, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), vapor cloud explosion analysis, and facility siting studies for petrochemical, chemical processing, LNG, refining, and energy facilities. The candidate should possess extensive experience using industry-standard software such as DNV PHAST and FLACS, along with a solid understanding of process safety principles, explosion and dispersion phenomena, and quantitative risk assessment methodologies.
Experience with facility siting assessments in accordance with API RP 752, API RP 753, and related industry guidance is strongly preferred. Familiarity with process hazard analysis (PHA), QRA methodologies, explosion overpressure analysis, toxic and flammable dispersion modeling, and fire modeling is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience managing projects, leading technical tasks, preparing client deliverables, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Your role will include leading and supporting consequence modeling and facility siting projects, managing technical analyses, developing reports and presentations, and interacting directly with clients. You will be expected to independently manage project scopes and schedules while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Perform and lead engineering analyses related to consequence modeling, facility siting, and process safety risk assessments for industrial facilities.

Conduct vapor cloud explosion, toxic dispersion, flammable dispersion, jet fire, pool fire, and thermal radiation modeling using DNV PHAST and other industry-standard tools.

Develop and execute CFD analyses to evaluate gas dispersion, explosion overpressure, ventilation effectiveness, and complex process safety scenarios.

Perform facility siting studies in accordance with API RP 752, API RP 753, and related industry guidance documents.

Prepare technical reports, calculation packages, presentations, and client deliverables with a high degree of technical accuracy and professionalism.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support process safety, risk assessment, and facility design projects.

Support business development activities through proposal preparation, client interaction, and technical presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline required.

10+ years of experience in consequence modeling, facility siting, CFD analysis, and process safety consulting for industrial facilities.

Extensive experience using DNV PHAST for consequence analysis and facility siting applications.

Experience with FLACS is preferred.

Strong understanding of process safety principles, vapor cloud explosions, gas dispersion, fire modeling, and quantitative risk assessment methodologies.

Job Title: Structural Engineer/Consultant

Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and motivated structural engineer who can support our Structural Engineering group with blast-resistant building design projects. The candidate should have solid industry experience and/or academic coursework in structural design (steel, concrete, and masonry), structural modeling, and connection design. While experience in designing structures for extreme loads is preferred, Blast Resource Group (BRG) will train you in this area. Experience with structural analysis software (SAP2000 or similar), finite element analysis (LS-DYNA or similar), and AutoCAD is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will also have experience designing blast-resistant metal building systems and familiarity with relevant design guidance documents for petrochemical facilities, such as:

Your role initially will be to provide support and lead individual tasks for our ongoing blast building design efforts. You will also be required to interact with clients and manage small tasks or projects. Key Responsibilities:

Perform specific engineering tasks assigned by project managers. Typical tasks will require knowledge of structural engineering principles. Advanced techniques will require knowledge/learning of nonlinear design of construction materials including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, etc.

Conduct nonlinear blast response analysis, develop structural design concepts, prepare design specifications, and review structural drawings and numerical calculations.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee general construction and Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PMEB) projects. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents. Job Title: Engineering Technician (CAD)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to support our engineering and design teams with CAD drafting, 3D modeling, document control, and technical support activities related to structural and building system projects. This role is primarily focused on providing high-quality CAD and BIM support for blast retrofit projects, pre-engineered metal building systems, and other industrial or commercial structural projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AutoCAD and related drafting software, along with the ability to develop engineering sketches, construction details, and 3D CAD models from laser scan point cloud data. Experience with Revit or other BIM modeling software, architectural and structural construction documents, and rendering development is preferred. The Engineering Technician will also support the development and maintenance of CAD standards, drawing templates, and standard detail libraries to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
This role will work closely with engineers, project managers, and technical staff to support project execution and maintain accurate engineering documentation. In addition to drafting and modeling responsibilities, the position may include support for engineering technology systems, CAD software, and IT hardware/software coordination.
